Question 4C Which model do you believe is the best value for the dollar model A finished inside as shown or model B unfinished as shown. Bottom floor of B model is 576 sq ft and the space upstairs is squeezed by the roof design. Go to the top picture and look at the space above the front door. Not sure if the covered deck (back porch) is included in their estimate of 968 sq ft.
Model A $47.88 per sq ft finished inside as shown. 743.82 sq ft.
Model B $34.61 per sq ft not finished as shown figuring 968 sq ft and not 576 for the base.
Model B $58.16 per sg ft just figuring the 24'by24' or 576 sq ft.
